National's Parent Ordering System

Our Online Parent Store is currently closed at this time. However, we will be selling limited Theme Park tickets (Disney & Universal), awards show tickets, and meal packages at the FCC registration desk starting January 1st.

PLEASE NOTE: FCC STAFF IS EXTREMELY BUSY WITH FINAL PREPARATIONS AND SET UP WITH THE LARGEST EVENT OF THE YEAR -- WILL NOT HAVE STAFF AT THE SEBASTIAN REGISTRATION DESK 24/7.

"Theme Park Ticket Pick Up" Your tickets will be available for pick up on Wednesday 12/31 from 1:00 - 4:00pm, Thursday 1/1 from 9:00 - 4:00pm (closed from noon to 1:00 for lunch) or Friday, 1/2 from 9:00 to 1:30pm at the Sebastian Registration Desk at Shingle Creek Resort.

IF YOU NEED YOUR THEME PARK TICKETS EARLIER THAN WEDNESDAY, 12/31 PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS BELOW:
Early Pick Up Times: Sunday – 12/28, Monday – 12/29, Tuesday – 12/30

EARLY PICK UP ONLY APPLIES FOR ORDERS PRIOR TO DEC. 18TH!!

If anyone needs to pick up their tickets on any of the above dates, someone from FCC will be available from 11:00pm to 11:15pm at the "Bird Cage" in the main lobby of Shingle Creek Resort. ** Please email wendybfcc@aol.com and put "TICKET PICK UP" in the subject line and give us the name that the tickets were purchased in and what day you would like to pick up your tickets. If you are arriving after this meeting time and are going to the park the next morning you will need to email a request and your tickets will be left at the bell stand (to the right as you enter Shingle Creek Resort).

Please follow these instructions:
  • All tickets must be prepaid with a credit card prior to 12/28
  • Photo ID is required for pick up (must be the person that placed order)
  • Each order will be counted and signed for at pick up
  • Must email or text ahead of time to arrange for early pick up

The "early pick up" information pertains ONLY to Theme Park Tickets. Any other items ordered by your parents (Awards Show tickets, Meal Packages, etc.) will be available for pick up at the Sebastian Registration Desk during regular registration hours.
